- 3 sandwiches with ham, Cheese, Mayo, Tomato, Cucumber, Avocado, Croutons, Bacon Bits and ranch dressing
- Large pepperoni pizza
- 2 bowls of ice cream w/ caramel and whipped cream
- Bag of M&M’s
- 2 bacon cheeseburgers
- 1 box of Mac-N- Cheese
- 3 bananas
- 6 avocados made into guacamole w/ a full sized bag of tortilla chips
- 10 fish tacos w/ rice and beans
- Entire box of honey buns
- Entire box of Hot Pockets
- Bag of pepperoni
- 1 gallon of sweet tea
- 6 candy bars
I watched DR. Phil yesterday and there was a 500+ pound woman on there who wanted to gain an additional 1,000+ pounds and this is a list of food she ate in one day.
