Are you supposed to do cardio on an empty stomach?
I’ve heard different theories on this. A lot of people said you should eat at least 30 minutes before your workout so you have energy during it and so you’re fueled. However, I’ve seen many posts of people saying you shouldn’t eat before your cardio because if you don’t eat, Your body will use your fat for energy and burn that instead of the food you just ate.
I’ve also heard people debate weather that applies to light cardio and intense cardio. I try and do intense cardio, But I’d be so flushed if I didn’t eat! Any ideas?

So I don’t having to keep avoiding lawn chairs, Theme parks, Dressing rooms and activities that involve swimwear.

Because my weight is what I’m MOST self conscious about and if I took care of that, I would only have to worry about pitty flaws like having acne or needing to pluck my brows.
The list literally goes on and on. Sure, I wouldn’t mind proving my doubters wrong or having a thigh gap or being the “hot ex girlfriend”. And sure, If someone’s jealous of you that’s the biggest compliment, But that’s not WHY I’m losing weight. That’s not my motivation whatsoever. I want this for me, Myself and I. I’m doing this for me, Myself and I. And I won’t stop.
hello! thank you for always inspiring us in our journey of losing weight, ,i'm badly in need of your advice,..i want to loss weight but i am so worried about my carbohydrate intake because i ate a lot of bread in a day..,,do you know how many slices of bread should i only take in a day in order for me to loss weight or not to gain weight?
Well, According to the food guide pyramid to have a quote “balanced diet” we’re to consume 6-11 servings of grains a day. That number however, Is rather high. Personally, I eat maybe 3-4 servings a day and I’ve lost 29 pounds! Everything in moderation! You can eat too much fruit and still gain weight. The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than what you consume. As long as you’re getting in your other nutrition and you’re within your calorie limit I don’t think eating bread/grains will make you gain weight. However, Grains are calorie dense so be careful! Also, The TYPE of grains you eat can have an effect on your weight loss/weight gain as well. Personally, I eat Ezekiel 4:9 spouted bread. It contains no flour and is 100% organic. It’s also only 80 calories a slice. Much better than white/wheat/whole grain breads.
I guess the only thing(s) I can suggest is make sure the bread you’re eating is healthy (Like Ezekiel bread). Eat it in moderation. Don’t eat an entire loaf in 2 days, Haha. Make sure it’s within your calorie limit and you’re getting in your other nutrients. You can’t live off JUST bread.
Remember, Not ALL carbs are bad carbs!
As long as you do that (accompanied w/ exercise/drinking water) you should still lose weight!
