Welp, Granny is sick again :( I'm going out to stay with her a few days. LUCKILY, I left a case of water there last time I stayed with her and I have Jillian DVD's to take with me! If I don't update for a few days- That's why! No internet :(
You need it to survive. You can’t live without it.
You’ll muscle waste if you don’t get proper nutrition.
What will happen when you reach your GW or UGW and then start eating again?
You need to feed your metabolism, you need to fuel new muscle throughout healthy weight loss.
I’m not a dietitian but it really isn’t rocket science.
Eat right and exercise and you will BE HEALTHY.
If you reach your UGW and then start eating again, You’ll just gain all that weight back plus more. You starved your body for long that when it finally gets food it holds onto every morsel of it because it doesn’t know when the next time it will get food again. Also, You would have already damaged your body so you still wouldn’t be healthy.
Every time I bake chicken I try to season it and flavor it with healthier choices, But even after adding all these “flavorings” it still tastes really dull. I use pepper, lemon juice, onions, Bell peppers, and even some salt-free Mrs. Dash seasonings…. It still tastes as bland as ever.
It’s one thing to want to be thin, skinny, healthy, fit, whatever, but to ASPIRE to have an eating disorder? That disturbs me. If you have an eating disorder or think they’re good things, you need to get help. And that’s not a criticism, you genuinely need to get help because you have a psychological problem that is doing damage to your body.
